PADI Course Director with 13 years of instructional experience within the PADI system. Played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of dive professionals across India’s diverse regions. After earning the prestigious rating PADI Course Director rating in 2017, I’ve worked with partner dive centres in the emerging Indian market and helped in uplifting the quality of diver training—bringing along a positive and a lasting impact to the Indian Scuba Diving industry. Over the years, I have also helped numerous dive centres achieve their PADI 5 star and 5 star IDC centre goals.

As a team leader, I bring my positive but playful energy, innovative approach and inclusive leadership to elevate guest experiences, mentor diverse teams, and strengthen a company's reputation as a leading hub for vibrant, safe, and world-class marine adventures.

My Role as a Scuba Educator

My journey as a dive professional in the Indian Scuba Diving industry spanning 13 years has been one of instructional excellence within the PADI system while achieving the PADI Course Director rating in 2017. While the Indian scuba diving industry was in the nascent stages, I took on the mission to nurture and elevate dive professionals from across the country. Achieving multiple PADI Frequent Trainer Awards.

I decided to work as a freelance PADI Course Director after carefully understanding the trends of the Indian scuba industry. Partnering with multiple dive centres in a geographically vast region, helping upgrade the existing PADI 5 star dive resorts up to the Instructor Development Resort levels. Over. the years, I have grown as an individual while nurturing PADI Instructors and dive communities.

As an industry leader I prefer to have a hands-on, people first leadership approach, supported by a strong understanding of dive operations, marketing, and business management. I’m now looking to contribute my experience, energy and passion to a vibrant, guest centric dive resort that values both professionalism and playful spirit.
